Our Founder
John Person, husband and father to 3 sons, built this business from the ground up and the tradition is carried on by his wife of 55 years, his sons, and grandchildren. John was also a world class hunter himself!
Services
We have been processing game meat for over 50 years. We take pride in our work to provide you with the best cuts possible from your harvest. All game is individually cut to your specifications, freezer-wrapped, labeled, and frozen. All of our specialties are made on premises. Our smoked products are produced in our new, state-of-the -art smokehouse!
