We purchase venison from Pamu Farms of New Zealand . Red Deer are naturally raised, free to roam and graze on different types of foliage (red and white clover, rye, fescue, and luceme). Hormone free and Antibiotic free. Venison is nutritionally and healthier than other meats. Less fat than skinless chicken. 80% less fat than beef. Twice as much iron as beef. Eight times more iron than chicken.
All of our products are made on the premises. Our sausages are made from all natural ingredients, no additives, MSG, or any preservatives. Our cherry smoked products are processed with a minimal amount of additives to ensure freshness and fully cooked. We use natural pork casing, all products are vacuum-sealed. On average, our smoked items will be 12oz. packages. Our sausages will be 1 lb. packages, and immediately flash frozen.
